D、LCD interface

There are five main menu option, respectively is: parameter setting, single-phase short circuit, three-wire, short-circuit, single no-load, three-wire, racing. When the cursor point which option, which icon becomes inverse white shows, press the up and down or so key can change the cursor pointing options. The parameters specific instructions are as follows:
Transformer capacity: being measured the nominal capacity transformer, unit value KVA,
High rated voltage: being measured the high-pressure lateral rated voltage transformer, the unit KV,
Low rated voltage: being measured the low voltage side of rated voltage transformer, the unit KV,
Wiring way: refers to be measured the inter-connection mode transformer (i.e. coupling category), including Y/Yn0, Dyn11 / Yzn11 several ways,

E、Method of use :
Firstly, the basic concept
No-load test: from a winding transformer (general from second low voltage side) rated exert sine wave frequency rated voltage, the rest of the winding open and measuring idle current and no-load loss. If the test condition is limited, can not reach the rated voltage power supply voltage, can be in the rated voltage condition test, this experiment method error is larger, only commonly used to examine the transformer is trouble-free, only the rated voltage of the test voltage reached 80% above just can be used to test no-load loss.
The short-circuit test: will transformer low-pressure large current side artificial short connection, from one side of coil voltage high rated points within the ventilation with rated frequency test voltage, make the winding of current reach ratings, and then measured input power and applying voltage (namely short-circuit loss and short circuit voltage and current value).
2, test methods
According to different test items below separately introduced:
(1), three-phase power measurement of transformer no-load loss: will not test the transformer open and referring to the following figure way wiring

Note: here we adopt method is equivalent to previous two power meter method, voltage measurements at UAB, UCA and UCB three-phase voltage values, the results for the average; three-phase Power loss only measuring PAB and PCB two-phase power, total loss as two phase power loss sum.
F、printing function

G、the matters needing attention
1 and when measuring process must not touch the metal parts of the test line, to avoid being electrically damaging.
2, measuring wiring must strictly according to the instructions, otherwise the consequence is proud.
3, test carefully before check Settings parameters correctly.
4, had better use have ground power outlet.
5, cannot be in voltage and current under the condition of limited excessive work.
6, short-circuit test, the pressure side short sub must be good, otherwise, it will have influence on the result of the test.
7, do the short-circuit test, if high-pressure or medium voltage side with ring current transformer _ casing, before the test current transformer of secondary must be short-circuited.
8, experimental wiring job must be test line grounding conditions, prevent inductive voltage electric shock. All short-circuit, grounding and fuses should have enough section, and must connecting firm. Test organization work to tight, communication is smooth, to ensure safety test work smoothly.
