GDH 460 三极管高速测试分选机
深圳市冠达宏科技有限公司研发生产的高速晶体管测试分选机，是国内首家无落料等待，机械，测试系统一体化，高效率，高精度的自动化专利产品。直线送料采用振动式送料，速度可达1000PCS/MIN。测试，落料采用分割器圆盘结构，速度最高可达250PCS/MIN.经测试后不同参数的晶体管，落入事先设定的落料箱。该分选机械高速运行稳定，故障率低。测试系统是本公司和日本某公司合作研发的新成果，测试功能完全。其测试精度，稳定性主兼容性高于目前市场上普遍使用的日本高级测试系统。该设备每小时最高产能可达到15K，成为该行业最具性价比的产品。
机械工作原理
被测试元件通过振动 振动送料，进入无振动直线送料系统，经入料夹传送至分割器圆盘夹。在测试工位经过测试后，再由圆盘夹传送至相应的落料口，气缸开夹落料，被测试元件经落料管道进入指定的分料箱。测试不良的，进入废料箱。
机器特点
1、平送送料采用振动式送料，送料平衡，速度快，稳定。
2、圆盘式夹料爪采用分割器传动，精准、稳定、故障率低。
3、所有功能测试只需要两道测试工位，耐高压，测试结果精准。
4、测试分类可选择性高，共24个分料箱，可设置23个分类。
5、有满料传换预备箱，满箱无需停机等待，可提高工作效率。
6、经测试过的不同参数元件经过相应的落料管道进入分料箱，无落料等待时间，极大的提高了工作效率。

Working principles
The elements tested will be fed vibrantly by a vibration disc to a vibration –free straight line feeding system and then be delive red to a separate r disc clip by a feeding clip then after tested on the testing positions ,the ledments will be transpo tred to related blanking ports by disc clips . the clips of the cylinder are released to allow the elements tested into designated hopper boxes along the blanking pipes. Defective elements ill be sent to the waste boxes.
