结构特点Structural Features
1、不可抽式、可抽式的多种结构选择,保证了安装维护的便利性.
The vertical constructions have pull-out or normal rotors which makes installation and dismantling easy.
2、吸入喇叭口采用单圆弧设计,带防预旋筋片,保证优异的水力性能。吸水室带防涡三角块或椭圆形导流墩,保证进水无旋涡,流态稳定。Single arc design with pre-whirl preventing rib has good hydro performance. Suction chamber is assembled with whirlpool resist block or oval shaped diversion mound, which ensures no whirlpool in suction and stable flow state.
3、导轴承可选择橡胶、赛龙或AR材料;充足的润滑水槽设计,保证良好的冷却润滑效果。下导轴承末端设计有停车自动密封装置,在输送含有颗粒介质时,防止停机后介质进入导轴承内Rubber, Thordon or AR material is applicable. Sufficient groove for lubricating water is designed to ensure good cooling and lubricating. There is an auto stopping seal device designed at end of lower guide bearing, it will help prevent liquids go into guide bearing box after stopping when deliver liquids containing solid.
4、联轴器采用大小头结构的套筒联轴器(口径≤1800mm)或全密封结构的刚性联轴器连接(口径≥2000mm),保证拆卸的便利性
For pump with DIA≤1800mm, sleeve coupling with concentric reducer is adopted; for pump with DIA≥2000mm, rigid coupling with complete seals construction is adopted. It provides the biggest convenience for assembly or disassembly
5、轴采用加粗设计,刚性好,临界转速高。有利于保证泵的平稳运行,并延长使用寿命Shaft is in thickened design which has good rigidness and high critical speed, and well ensure the pump to work stably and extend the lifecycle
6、导叶体为精细铸造部件,也可为焊接结构,焊接导叶片为单圆弧形状,水力性能好Diffuser can be accurate casting , or welding construction. Welded diffuser vane is single arc shaped that has good hydro performance.
7、填料函分半填料压盖,使得填料的调整和更换非常方便Split packing cover makes packing easier to be adjusted and changed.
8.冷却水的进口和护管的排气口隔离,能充分排尽护管内空气,给轴承润滑提供通道Inlet of cooling water is separated with vent that can exhaust air from guide column thoroughly and ensure the bearing to be lubricated smoothly
9. 设计有防止转子轴向抬机的固定装置,能减少振动,确保平稳运行Location device is designed for prevent rotor from axial movement upward that reduce vibration and ensure stable operation
